After struggling with trichotillomania for most of my life, I finally decided to get to the root of the issue. HFHP began as a mission to better understand my own condition.
Today, it has turned into an educational support system that helps women all over the world as they gracefully develop a healthier lifestyle, and confidently move forward in their lives -- with or without trich.
