For me, your healing is personal.

Hi, I'm Diane.

Welcome to our community of women supporting women. My name is Diane, and I'm the founder of Healing From Hair Pulling.

After living with with trichotillomania for most of my life, I finally decided to get to the root of the issue. HFHP began as a mission to better understand my own condition.

When I finally understood what was happening in my body, I was able to heal.
And now, I'd love to teach you too.

HFHP is an educational support system that helps women all over the world as they gracefully develop a healthier lifestyle, and confidently move forward in their lives -- with or without hair pulling.

We are so glad you're here!
